A Chihuahua Rat Terrier mutt mix weighing only 8 pounds just could be the world's smallest police dog. This tiny canine cop is not intended to chase down bank robbers or provide protection for high ranking elected officials.
The 1 year old dog, called Midge, has a nose for marijuana and only marijuana that passed a rigorous test from authorities in her home state of Ohio, qualifying her to sniff under color of authority.
